All Sales
• Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 2 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
• We will gladly replace or fix the item at no additional cost
Custom & Personalized Orders
• Custom items (including personalized designs, names, or special requests) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
Sizing Issues
• Please refer to our sizing charts before ordering
• We are not responsible for incorrect size selection
• Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis (buyer may cover shipping)
Order Cancellations
